PLATON Server Edition is a rack-mount platform for organizations with 300 to 1,000 extensions and up to 500 concurrent calls. It supports IDAP, FXS, FXO, and SIP trunks with optional redundant power and high availability.
Contact center capacity scales to 500 agents. The same PLATON feature set—voicemail, voice logging, IVR, video conferencing, and web administration—supports large offices and multi-site deployments from a single appliance.
