With PLATON® CLOUD / On-Premises Teams Director, PSTN calling or even Telephone System integration is now possible with Teams, without the need of expensive equipment such as SBC or extra gateways. Users can make or receive calls, from anywhere and any device with their office phone number using Teams software, important calls will no longer missed without the need of providing personal phone number to clients.
